My dear friend!

I could have started by stating how cruel the teenagers’ world is, but I won’t. You know that very well yourself. You know that you are special, that many reject you just because they are afraid of being rejected themselves, they are afraid to be themselves. You are really courageous, if you stand up for your right to individuality, but sometimes even the strongest of people can’t take it any more. Continue reading It will all change for the best

If I do not support you, who will? I am your mother and I don’t care who you are happy with.

Dear Children-404!

I am 50 and I could be your mother.

I have three daughters, and though I have always only loved men, I have never hidden the fact that somebody may fall in love with someone of their own gender from my children. I grew up and haven’t understood it yet. How can you condemn love? If two people are happy together, is it really your business?

CHILDREN 404. We exist. We are with you.

Here are two messages from two girls:

I don’t have an interesting story to tell. I don’t even know whether I’ll keep living as LGBT or whether I’ll bring up children in a heterosexual family. In any case, it won’t happen any time soon. Right now all I know is that we exist and that we aren’t alone.

It’s sort of like alcoholics anonymous, isn’t it?

My name is Darina, I am sixteen years old and I am a lesbian.

It’s sort of like alcoholics anonymous, isn’t it? It’s kind of sad…. It’s also really sad for me to read the stories of my peers, who are subjected to violence from society. Continue reading It’s sort of like alcoholics anonymous, isn’t it?

I will be the one who got lucky.

My fiends did not leave me (no friends equals no problems), I wasn’t bullied at school (there were not that many aggressive idiots in the grammar school I went to), I wasn’t kicked out of the house. Continue reading I will be the one who got lucky…
